Regular Ground Shipping
For each "ship to" address within the Continental 48 states:

Express Shipping: Express charges are based on the delivery location and the weight of your order. Because we sell some items that are heavy or awkward (crossbows) and some that are light (silk costumes) we calculate the charge based on your actual order. We will confirm express charges by email or telephone before shipping your order.
Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii: we will contact you with the amount of your shipping.
Oversize Charges: If an item is paticularly heavy or bulky, we will add an additional $20.00 for shipping. Oversize items will be noted on the individual product.

If for any reason, at any time you are less than 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it for exchange, gift certificate or refund.

Returning Merchandise
1. Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original packaging, if possible.
2. Please let us know why you are returning the item. Indicate if you want a replacement, exchange or refund. Make sure to include your name, address, and phone number.
